The Model 706 is a time cycled ventilator designed to be an adjuntive aid to the performance of CPR in the field. The rescuer chooses from fixed breath rates of 12 or 18 for adult and 20 or 30 for pediatrics. The tidal volume for adults is 0 to 1250ml, and 0 to 500ml for pediatrics. The unit is battery powered and will run for ten hours on full charge. Requires a 50psi source.
